Young Art Oxford 2017

Congratulations again to the Lower Transit, Inters and Remove girls whose work was exhibited at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford last week to raise funds for Cancer Research. In the Young Art Oxford competition (the title this year was ‘The World We Live In’) Sana Asim (Inters)’s work was Highly Commended, and paintings by Sophie Solovieva (Inters), Evie Wessel and Isabella White (both Lower Transits) and Leony Ye (Remove) were all Commended.

Using the work of Mary Kocol as a starting point Ella went on to develop and produce a folio of rich imagery of flowers, plants and natural objects suspended in ice, and floating in water and washing up liquid.
